Masterfit Medical Supply (“Masterfit Medical”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use masterfit.net, how we use it, and the choices you have. Any information we collect will only be used to process orders, provide support or service, and assist in the resolution or diagnosis of system questions or problems.
Information we collect
- Account and order information you give us: name, company, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address, purchase order numbers, and the products you order.
- Payment information. This website does not take card payments or store card numbers. Orders are placed on your Masterfit account and invoiced.
- Messages you send us through the contact form, by email or by phone.
- Technical information collected automatically when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit, recorded in our web server logs.
We do not collect patient health information. Masterfit Medical sells supplies to healthcare providers and businesses. Please do not include any patient names, medical record numbers or other protected health information in orders, order notes or messages to us.
How we use information
- To process, deliver and invoice your orders, and to maintain your customer account.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To send order confirmations, delivery updates, account notices and, if you ask for them, product news. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
- To keep the website secure and to diagnose and fix technical problems.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work: they keep items in your shopping cart, keep you signed in to your account and remember basic preferences. These cookies are set by WordPress and WooCommerce and are deleted when they expire or when you sign out.
We may also use a website analytics service to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are visited most). Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the cart and sign-in features will not work without the necessary cookies.
Sharing of information
We do not sell our mailing list or your personal information to anyone. - Service providers that help us run our business, such as shipping carriers (for example UPS), our business management (ERP) system and our website hosting provider. They receive only the information needed to perform their service.
- Legal requests. Masterfit Medical may disclose information if requested by any governmental or law enforcement agency, or if directed to do so by a search warrant or court order. Masterfit Medical maintains a policy of cooperating with governmental and law enforcement agencies.
Security and retention
Information sent to and from this website is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to customer records is limited to employees who need it to serve you. We keep order and account records for as long as you have an account with us and as required for tax and accounting purposes.

You can review and update your account details and addresses at any time in My Account. To ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction or deletion, or to opt out of marketing messages, contact us or call 731.424.6383.
Children
This website is intended for healthcare providers and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
